Kat O'Brien Dietitian

Kat O’Brien is the primary dietitian behind Nourish to Nurture. Kat has experience working across metropolitan hospitals in Melbourne, managing many nutrition challenges, and has previously specialised in oncology. It was the birth of her first child, who suffered from multiple complex food allergies as well as reflux, that created a passion for paediatric nutrition. Having supported many families; Kat knows first hand the value in simple, individualised and supportive evidence based advice for parents.
