Having said that, I strongly believe that one size does NOT fit all and therefore, I am flexible to tailor to individual needs. My pronouns are she/her. Visiting a psychologist can often be a daunting experience, which makes holding a safe space to listen to individual needs really important. I work primarily from this perspective and ensure that my journey and work with an individual is collaborative and non-judgmental. I am knowledgeable about gender diversity, inclusivity and am LGBTQIA+, poly, kink and sex work friendly. I have experience working with a diverse range of issues across settings, including in-patient hospitals, facilitating group work for young people with anxiety and trauma at headspace, addiction and mood-related issues, behaviour management programs for children (2-10 years) and working with neurodiverse population, with extensive training in cognitive assessments. I work with concerns related to anxiety, depression, panic, grief and loss, and complex trauma.
