My name is Karen and I am a qualified mental health social worker registered with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). I have been working as a specialist domestic violence, women’s counsellor and group facilitator on the Gold Coast for the past six years. My approach to counselling includes a women centred non-judgemental style that supports women to take control over their own lives. My belief is in supporting women to find their own power through walking beside them in the journey to self-fulfilment by providing knowledge, tools and resources for women to determine what is best for them.
