Overview

Kanak Dube is a Provisional Psychologist working in private practice with adolescents and adults. She holds a Master of Professional Psychology, a Master of Counselling, a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), and a Bachelor of Psychology and Business. Kanak provides low-cost psychological assessments and evidence-based interventions tailored to each client’s needs. Kanak has an interest in working with individuals experiencing ADHD, anxiety, grief, emotional distress, family conflict, and career-related concerns. She supports clients navigating life transitions, emotional regulation difficulties, and challenges that impact wellbeing, identity, and relationships. Her therapeutic approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), strengths-based, and person-centred frameworks.
