I am a counsellor and Life Coach located in Sunbury and Woodend. Life can be very tough and stressful and sometimes we need some professional help. I am committed to the care of clients ranging from adolescents, adults, elderly and couples. I work with individual and couples who would like to overcome difficulties in their current situation. Each client is unique hence requires a personal counselling approach that is catered entirely for them. My approach incorporates empathy, professionalism and mindfulness. Many individuals may find themselves experiencing various financial, mental and / or physical struggles. Over the years I have worked with a wide range of people of all ages and from all walks of life. As a therapist, I work with various counselling approaches such as: Humanistic Approach, CBT, ACT and additionally EFT – Tapping, Hypnosis and Art Therapy.
