Overview

I am a Psychologist and have provided psychological services to children, adolescents and adults on the Gold Coast over the past 14 years. I am currently working with adults and have experience working with depression, anxiety, stress, anger, relationship challenges, life transitions, adjustment challenges, challenging childhood experiences and parenting interventions. I also have a special interest in working with people who have the trait of high sensitivity and supporting them to value their sensitivities and identify effective practices to look after themselves. When working with clients I draw on a range of treatments and principles to tailor treatments to suit my client’s needs. I also have a special interest, both personally and professionally, in the practice and benefits of mindfulness and compassion. I support clients with kindness and curiosity to develop an understanding of the things that contribute to life’s struggles and identify the self care practices that will support them through life’s challenges. I understand that life can be challenging and that it can be difficult to reach out during difficult times and ask for support. If you are struggling with something in life and are unsure about reaching out I encourage you to do so. If something I have said above sounds like a good fit for you or you would like to know more I'd be happy to speak with you.
