As an Occupational Therapist, I am passionate about empowering individuals living with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME), Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Long Covid, and other invisible disabilities by providing accessible exhaustion management strategies through telehealth. My aim is to support those who may face challenges accessing traditional healthcare or disability services, helping them enhance their quality of life and engage more fully in the activities that matter most to them.
