With over 16 years working as a dietitian, Julia has experience with using nutrition to support people with their health across many different health concerns and nutrition goals. Over the years, she has taken a specialised interest using nutrition therapy for metabolic conditions, IBS, gastrointestinal symptoms, and autoimmune or inflammatory conditions. Julia understands that food is more than just a diet and takes a comprehensive and wholistic approach to supporting her clients with diet education, motivation, practical advice, and adapting to diet changes.
