Joshua Whittaker Exercise Physiologist

Josh Whittaker is the Senior Exercise Physiologist and Director of Hex Health. With a Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Human Movement with Honors from RMIT, Josh is dedicated to promoting the benefits of exercise for a fulfilling life. Josh's journey began in various GP clinics across Gippsland, making exercise physiology accessible to the community. His dedication led to the establishment of Hex Health, where he and his team passionately deliver their vision for overall health. Josh has had positions working within local Football clubs and lecturing at various universities. His diverse work environments and >10 years experience working in allied health has made him a well rounded clinician. Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, staying active, and being involved in local sports (basketball and football).
