Jocelyn is a Sydney-based registered psychologist with a special interest in the 'psychology of technology' and staying human in a digital age (overcoming issues relating to technology use, from digital distraction, 'addictions' and difficulty with video games and social media, online dating etc).
Jocelyn works with adolescents, adults and parents. Generally, she doesn't work with children in primary school. Jocelyn has 16 years’ experience in public education both as a teacher of high school social sciences and as a School Counsellor/psychologist. She understands the school system and curriculum and can help inform support and access to resources and opportunities. Jocelyn also enjoys working with adults and parents to overcome challenges that busy modern lives can create, especially in a work/life balance obsessed world!
She is trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Gottman Couples therapy (Level 1). She uses a range of creative, practical and dynamic techniques to inspire positive change with clients across all ages and life stages.
Fees for psychological services start from $190/50 minutes for individuals and $245 for parent coaching and family therapy. Please check my website for further details.
