I am a trauma-informed therapist specialising in the mental health and wellbeing of people living with chronic illness, chronic pain, and/or the impacts of trauma. My approach is shaped by both lived experience and specialist training. Living with chronic pelvic pain and the grief and uncertainty it brought into my own life has given me a deep empathy for others in similar situations. I integrate this with evidence-based approaches including Brainspotting, Deep Brain Reorienting, Internal Family Systems-informed therapy, and nervous system-based practices.
