Jo is a warm, gentle and intuitive, body-focused psychotherapist located in Bondi. She is trained in Somatic Experiencing and draws on many progressive, trauma-focused therapeutic approaches, including Internal Family Systems and Polyvagal Theory. She is informed by Attachment Theory and inspired by Eastern wisdom. Jo has worked for 8 years in trauma specialist services, she is a mountain climber, an ocean swimmer, a mother and meditator. She holds degrees in physics and psychology. Jo is available Tuesdays & Wednesdays for face-to-face sessions in Bondi, online sessions available throughout the week.
