Overview
Jo is a clinical psychologist who works with children, adolescents, adults and families. She is trained in a number of therapeutic modalities including psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, attachment based therapies, play therapy, gestalt, schema, mindfulness and EMDR. She is a registered facilitator of the attachment-based Circle of Security parenting program.
