Hi, I’m Jess! I’m an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, Social Work Supervisor and the Founder of Be With. For almost a decade, I have worked in the community services sector across diverse roles including case management, program development, therapeutic support, and leadership. Throughout this time, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges, helping them navigate difficult, and sometimes traumatic, circumstances and begin their healing journey at their pace. I am deeply passionate about creating safe, compassionate, and authentic spaces where people feel seen, heard and empowered. At Be With, we believe in the transformative power of presence, attunement, understanding, and empowerment. Our name reflects our commitment to journeying alongside individuals, teams, and organisations, offering tailored support and guidance to meet your unique needs. With a strong foundation in trauma-informed and therapeutic practices, we offer a range of services, including counselling, clinical supervision, leadership coaching, reflective practice and consulting. Our expertise spans across diverse areas, including neurobiology of trauma, parent-child attachment, child and adolescent development, family and domestic violence, out-of-home care, mental health, harmful sexualised behaviours, disability, education, leadership, and wellbeing.
