I am a friendly Accredited Practising Dietitian and Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician. I have over five years of experience working exclusively in the eating disorder space and I love it. My approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience. I’m passionate about providing neurodivergent-affirming, client-centred care that meets people where they are, with no judgment, no shame, and no assumptions.
I support individuals to rebuild their relationship with food and their body in a way that feels safe, sustainable, and aligned with their values. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all approaches every person is different, and so is the care they deserve. I have extensive training in eating disorders and nutritional rehabilitation, and I’ve supported people across all ages and stages of illness, including those experiencing severe and enduring Anorexia Nervosa.
I’m particularly passionate about working with people who have been placed in the "too hard" or "too complex" box often those who are neurodivergent, have had long or traumatic experiences in the system, or have intersecting challenges that traditional models don’t always account for.
My work as a dietitian is informed by therapeutic modalities including; Family Based Treatment (FBT),CBT-E (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Eating Disorders), DBT-E (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy for Eating Disorders), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). This training allows me to reinforce the messaging, goals, and therapeutic language guided by your psychologist, ensuring a more cohesive and supportive experience. It also helps create consistency across your team and allows us to work together in a way that respects and supports your therapeutic process.
I am committed to creating a therapeutic space that is safe, and inclusive, one in which clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported.
