Overview

Jessica is a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She has experience working with children, young people and adults across private practice, schools and community health settings. She has extensive experience supporting families through the assessment and diagnostic process, including Autism and ADHD, as well as providing ongoing therapeutic support. Jessica values building trust and respect with each person she works with and takes a collaborative, strengths-based approach to therapy. Jessica uses a range of evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Psychoeducation, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Jessica works with clients presenting with a range of concerns including autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and general mental health and wellbeing. She also supports parents through coaching and behaviour support, and works with both children and adults on emotion regulation and anger management to improve coping, relationships and day-to-day functioning.
