Jess Grunberg Clinical Psychology offers individual yoga therapy and group yoga therapy courses, and facilitates sessions for organisations to support mental health and well-being. Jess integrates psychology, neuroscience-informed and mind-body practices to enhance mental health and well-being. Jess is a Clinical Psychologist, Registered Yoga Teacher (Level 2) and certified Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Facilitator.
