Jenny is a clinical psychology registrar who wants to help children, adolescents and adults develop resilience and live a meaningful life. She is interested in curating the therapy experience to match each person’s unique needs. Jenny has particular interests in working with individuals experiencing: - Anxiety Disorders - Trauma - Low Self-esteem - Perfectionism - Depressive Disorders - Emotional Difficulties - Psychosis - Borderline Personality Disorder - Obsessive Compulsive Disorder - Second-Generation Asian Immigrant Struggles Jenny provides treatment that is informed by research. She offers Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy. Jenny is available for appointments at True North Psychology on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.
