Practising vinyasa yoga during pregnancy and in the postpartum period can help reduce the aches and pains often experienced with the changing body shape and growth, can help balance the body and hormones, and help strengthen and tone important pelvic floor muscles. Jen is also a fully qualified Infant Massage Instructor. Jen trained at the Infant Massage Information Service Australia (IMIS) Benefits may include relaxation for baby and parent, improved circulation, improved sleep quality, reducing infant wind and easing colic, helping to tone muscles and aid growth, optimise brain and nervous system development and optimising the bond between parent and child. Group or individual infant massage teachings are provided regularly.
