Jen Hoult, is known as the leading Health Span and Longevity Dietitian in Australia. With her dietitian career expanding more than 22 years across many specialised areas (working in Asia and Australia) she draws on this vast knowledge to help her clients tackle their health challenges.
Jen continues to work part time as a clinical dietitian in a hospital, helping those with varied chronic diseases such as arthritis, cancer, autoimmune diseases, diabetes, weight management, bariatrics, malnutrition, osteoporosis and osteopenia as well as liver, kidney and heart diseases. She also continues to work part time in her own clinic and consults to private medical clinics to achieve improved health and symptoms for her patients and their families.
Her passion is for optimising health and preventing chronic disease, to live healthier longer. She believes we have great power over what our future holds in terms of our health, our cognitive health and activity abilities. Jen is always studying the latest scientific evidence regarding nutritional techniques and biochemistry to improve health span in a holistic yet evidenced based way.
