Jen Boyle Counsellor

As a Counsellor and Credentialed Mental Health and Drug/Alcohol Nurse, Jen is a compassionate and approachable therapist with lived experience, who nurtures and builds a secure, reflective space for clients. She is passionate about helping her clients to develop a greater understanding and awareness, building strengths and empowerment. Jen interacts with clients in a non-judgemental, respectful manner, supporting individuals to better address diverse needs, such as grief, depression, behavioural difficulties, relationship issues, trauma and anxiety. Having worked in addiction services, Jen has experience in counselling to support recovery and relapse prevention. Appointments are available in person and via telephone/Zoom.
