Jeanne (she/her) is a registered provisional psychologist currently completing her Masters in Clinical Psychology.
She works with individuals across the lifespan and brings a warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative approach to therapy. Jeanne's goal is to support clients in feeling more grounded, emotionally safe, and aligned with their values.
Jeanne values psychoeducation as an important part of therapy, helping clients make sense of their experiences, understand psychological patterns, and feel more empowered in their recovery and decision-making. She also views the therapeutic relationship as a key foundation for meaningful and lasting change.
Jeanne has a particular interest in supporting individuals through significant life transitions, including becoming a parent, recovering from trauma, and navigating changes in relationships and identity. Drawing on her experience supporting women and families during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period, she brings a compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based approach to therapy.
Jeanne offers therapy in both English and French and appreciates the ways culture, identity, and life experiences can shape wellbeing.
