Thank you for choosing me to be part of your journey in some way by booking an appointment with me. Our online appointment booking system does not always show all of our availability so if you do not find an appointment that suits, please do not hesitate to contact our office on (03) 54 823 143 to find out if other appointments are available.

If this is for your first appointment, you are committing to having an initial intake appointment with me. As part of this process we will work together to determine if I am the right fit clinician for you or if someone else at our service may be better suited to you.

These appointments will be booked to occur in person at the Bay Islands Wellness Clinic at 3 Cambridge Road Russell Island. If you need the appointment to be online via videoconference or over the phone please contact us on 0354823143 or admin@thrivewellnessandconsulting.com after you have booked your appointment online.

The cost of appointments varies depending on the funding source and the nature of service provided. If you are unsure of the cost of your appointments we can assist you with that. If you are wanting to use NDIS funding to access these sessions and this is going to be your first appointment with our service, please call us on 03 54 823 143 or email us at admin@thrivewellnessandconsulting.com to let us know as we may need to schedule you in for an NDIS intake appointment with a different clinician first.

If a third party is paying for your service the cost may vary (eg: NDIS, Workcover, TAC), please liaise with our staff for more information about funding and any gap payments that may be applicable.

For clients paying for their own appointments (privately) with our service, the cost of sessions with this clinician is $145 for half an hour and $235 for a 50 minute appointment. Medicare rebates are available under a Mental Health Care Plan for up to 10 sessions per year. A current and valid Mental Health Care Plan has to be supplied to our service before, or on the date, of the appointment for a rebate to be received. Additional Eftpos and Halaxy processing fees apply. To avoid these additional processing charges, payments can be made via cash or bank transfer.

Please note that when booking appointments online our system automatically requires you to enter your credit card or bank card details to book the appointment. Your card details will be stored securely on your client file on our password and encrypted computer system and our staff are not able to retrieve or identify any of your card details.
