Info

Overview

My approach is highly collaborative and trauma-informed; I work together with clients and their families to develop personalised treatment plans that respect and incorporate their unique perspectives and experiences within an environment that is safe and supportive. Additionally, I am dedicated to being neurodivergence affirming, recognizing and valuing the diverse ways in which brains can function and advocating for approaches that honour neurodivergent experiences. My practice is grounded in evidence-based techniques, utilising strategies and interventions backed by research to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals. As a trained Circle of Security International Parenting facilitator, I integrate attachment theory into all aspects of my practice, emphasizing the importance of secure parent-child relationships and using attachment-based strategies to foster emotional security and resilience.
