Jacqui Snooks Psychotherapist

I am psychotherapist and I'm registered with the ACA. I assist my clients by helping them deal with the many stresses of life such as relationship breakdowns, loss of a loved one, and feelings of depression, stress and anxiety. We work together to examine thinking patterns and emotional blocks which no longer serve them. This process ultimately improves self-awareness, self-compassion while building mental and emotional strength. Building a stronger sense of ourselves helps us to learn how to increase the intimacy we crave, while at the same time learning how to put up appropriate boundaries so our relationships thrive.
