JACQUELINE CRIMMINS Counsellor

Jacqueline is a registered counsellor. She has an extensive background in education, and a particular interest and training in motivation, and self-esteem. She is passionate about working with people to develop their self-knowledge, and the skills and strategies to facilitate empowerment, and positive change. Her areas of interest include working with people presenting with anxiety, depression, learning difficulties, interpersonal issues, trauma, loss and grief, and other life stressors. Jacqueline offers a safe space to explore ways to live life more fully, and with greater self-compassion and understanding. Her approach is warm and empathic, client centred and collaborative. She will listen to you and your desire for change and adopt evidence-based techniques suited to your needs.
