I work with people by helping them navigate their experience of trauma. With the use of Somatic-based and creative clinical tools such as SE, EMDR, BrainSpotting, TRE, Art Therapy and Neurofeedback (NeuroOptimal) I believe that trauma, once successfully processed, can be transformational through the holistic and spiritual healing therapy can offer. My priority as a clinical psychotherapist is to provide a safe place where processing and healing can occur.
