She is passionate about providing evidence-based guidance to ensure that clients have good health and an enjoyable lifestyle. She understands everyone is unique and holds different challenges. Therefore, she believes in the client-centered approach and being supportive of barriers overcoming.  Her favourite quote is “Eat well and Be happy” as she understands the importance and the links between good food, good mood and good health. It is her dream to go around the world and taste the traditional food in each country. She also enjoys reading and watching movies by herself or being active with friends and family. She is also a good swimmer. Iris is passionate about advocating life long healthy habits for for clients with disabilities.
