Overview

I work with children, adolescents, and families who are experiencing emotional, behavioural, neurophysiological, and social difficulties. I have a special interest in early intervention and aim to empower my clients to strengthen everyday functioning and become happier individuals and families. I work collaboratively to achieve client goals, and use a holistic, warm, and empathetic approach to therapy. I draw on evidence-based frameworks to best meet individual and family circumstances, including cognitive-behaviour therapy, attachment, family systems and functional behavioural support. I also have experience supporting adults with complex presentations including addiction, trauma, and neurodevelopmental differences.
