Gail Phelps(She/her)

Gail is the Co-Founder and Director of Involve Health Hub. She is a committed and compassionate Clinical Psychologist who enjoys working with individuals to enact meaningful changes in their lives. Gail works with older children, adolescents and adults with a range of mental health problems. Gail’s particular interest is working longer term with individuals experiencing complex presentations including personality vulnerabilities, emotional dysregulation, self harm and suicidal ideation, eating disorders and trauma related difficulties. Gail also treats general mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, stress and interpersonal difficulties. Gail practices from a trauma informed, attachment based perspective and incorporates CBT, DBT, EMDR, Schema Therapy and Ego State Therapy approaches to develop treatment plans tailored to her client’s needs. Gail’s primary focus is building a safe and containing space through which to allow clients to build their understanding of themselves, their nuances, difficulties and to develop more adaptive ways of coping. Gail enjoys working with neurodivergent individuals from a neurodiversity affirming approach to build their self understanding, self acceptance and self advocacy. Gail is a Psychology Board of Australia Accredited Supervisor for 4+2, 5+1, higher degree and Clinical Registrar training pathways.

Jenna Luscombe(She/her)

Jenna is the Co-Founder and Director of Involve Health Hub. She is a Registered Psychologist who has a passion for supporting individuals through difficult times in their life and in reaching their potential. Jenna is an open and compassionate practitioner who is flexible in her delivery of therapy so as to best suit her clients needs. Jenna works with young people and adults who are faced with significant difficulties, with an interest in trauma and early intervention for mental health problems. Jenna has experience in providing intervention to those that have experienced anxiety, mood disorders, childhood trauma, learning difficulties, developmental difficulties/delays, social difficulties, self-harm, suicidal ideation, and mental health and personality problems. She has worked within not-for-profit mental health and schools to support individuals across a vast range of mental health problems. Jenna has a passion for working with neurodivergent individuals and supporting them in their self discovery and understanding of themselves. Jenna practices from a neurodiverse affirming paradigm. Jenna has also worked in delivering training and workshops in the wider community and conducting psychoeducational assessments. Jenna is a Psychology Board of Australia Accredited Supervisor for 4+2, 5+1, and higher degree pathways.
