Through her clinical experience working in university and community settings, Georgina Thomas provides evidence-based, person-centred psychological support. She is experienced at providing Dialectal Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Georgina has helped clients experiencing grief, OCD, self-esteem and self-confidence issues, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma.

Sarah Murgia Lewis(She/her)

Psychologist

Sarah is a clinical psychologist who has over 15 years experience working across community, private and tertiary education settings. She fosters a comfortable and warm environment to ensure that her clients feel safe and supported. She assists adult clients with issues of anxiety, depression, body image, self worth, perfectionism, relationship problems and adjustment to life transitions. She also supports individuals with perinatal concerns, carer issues, and existential concerns. Sarah utilises evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy and Mindful Self Compassion, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, as well as schema- and trauma-informed approaches.
