Blake takes a humanistic approach in his work, respecting each individual's dignity, agency, and experiences. He aims to foster a safe and productive therapeutic relationship, where your concerns can be heard, understood, and addressed. Blake completed his studies in clinical psychology at the University of Melbourne. He is a clinical psychology registrar with experience working with clients across the lifespan, including those from diverse backgrounds, experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, depression, and obsessions and compulsions. He uses evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing. Blake also uses concepts from his ongoing studies in Psychoanalysis to inform his therapeutic approach.

Sarah utilises evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy and Mindful Self Compassion, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, as well as schema- and trauma-informed approaches.
