Claire Dorans-Knowles

Dietitian

Claire became a dietitian to assist clients to meet their health goals, enhance their nutrition knowledge and improve their relationship with food. Her philosophy is all about helping her clients to create sustainable and individualised lifestyle and dietary changes and she thrives with the variety that private practice provides her. Not so long ago, Claire decided to study nutrition after having her two kids and moving to Australia from the Channel Islands. The main driver for her was to help her family and their health. She has personal experience with food allergy and IBS, so studying dietetics was helpful for herself, family and to help others. It was the perfect culmination of her interest in science, food and nutrition and talking to people. So here we are…..
