Aaron is a non-binary, gay clinical psychologist with experience treating mental health across a broad spectrum of presentations, including anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, LGBTIQA+ concerns, OCD, eating disorders, neurodiversity (ASD/ADHD), and the those who have experienced family violence. Aaron works with clients across the lifespan, and brings many years experience in crisis counselling and peer-support, having filled various helpline roles, both as a volunteer and on staff.
Aaron completed the Master of Psychology (Clinical) at the University of the Sunshine Coast, and is currently undertaking a PhD in Psychology with RMIT University.
Prior to entering the profession of psychology, Aaron served 23 years in the Royal Australian Navy, followed by 3 years running and working in his own dog walking business. Aaron was drawn to psychology as a way to better serve the Australian community.
Aaron has a personal, special interest in LGBTIQA+ health and neurodivergence.
