Hollie works in the intersections of trauma healing, neurodiversity, ecology and feminism.
With a herd of horses, she offers animal-assisted therapies within the farm milieu, on her property near Braidwood, 1.5 hours from Canberra, 1 hour from Goulburn and 40mins from Bateman's Bay.
She has a background in natural and ancestral health, witchcraft and magick, altered states and sacred space, martial arts and natural movement, Women's Mysteries and conscious Wild Living.
Hollie provides space for people to be swept up in the process of “Remembering”; crafting a world where you can return to your Wild and True Nature of Self.
Working with a Psychodynamic Self-Psychotherapeutic framework and incorporating Process Oriented, Relational and Somatic models of therapy. With a special interest in anxiety and trauma-informed therapy, Hollie supports people to shift anxiety and/or depression; change the thoughts that aren’t serving; integrate complex trauma and/or grief; increase holistic wellness : mind, body and Self; deal with your mother/father/boss/neighbour… issues; and think, move, eat, do well, in order to live well.
She supports people who know life can be so much more; to craft the best self-version so far. She is ever-energised by the process of people becoming more empowered to live unlimited and unbound.
