Hassan Qureshi is an experienced Exercise Physiologist, specialising in behavioural change and lifestyle modification. Hassan completed his Bachelors of Exercise Physiology and Masters of Science (Research) from the University of New South Wales and is an accredited member of Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA). Hassan has a broad range of skills in a wide array of areas such as geriatric (elderly care), falls prevention, metabolic conditions (diabetes, high cholesterol), cardiovascular conditions (high blood pressure, stroke), musculoskeletal (joint or muscle pains). Hassan also offers hydrotherapy (exercise in warm water) for eligible clients.
