Annette who is a Dietitian and Diabetes Educator and her team of Dietitians provide clinics at Blackwater, Emerald, Sapphire and Springsure. Telehealth and phone consultations are also available. With a GP referral you may be eligible for a bulk billed consultation. We also provide services via Private Health rebates and through Aged Care, DVA and NDIS funding.
