Helen Nistico is a clinical psychologist with 28 years of experience in the mental health field. Helen provides psychological treatment for adolescents and adults with mental health difficulties. She has much experience working with an array of diagnoses and difficulties in both of these groups. Helen has a particular interest in treatment for trauma difficulties. Helen was involved in the establishment of Cognitive Analytic Therapy in Australia in 2000 and is both a practitioner and supervisor in Cognitive Analytic therapy. This therapy is a helpful way of supporting people to work on relationship (interpersonal) difficulties in general including personal or workplace relationships. Helen is also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy). In addition, Helen utilises Cognitive Behavioural therapies. The practice is open Monday - Friday, business hours. From August, 2026, the fee for a 55 minute consultation is $245.
