Heidi Westrup Exercise Physiologist

Areas of interest: Diabetes, cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis and mental health.  Heidi is dedicated to using exercise as a means to help others live a healthier, happier and stronger life - while having fun along the way! She has a particular interest in empowering and working with those who live with diabetes and cardiovascular disease to ensure these are managed and targeted in a safe, open environment within the clinic. As well as this, she has a passion for working with people living with conditions such as osteoporosis and mental health. Heidi will always put patient goals first and ensure she is using exercise as a tool to achieve these. Outside of work you can find Heidi in the gym, doing anything active as long as it's outdoors, or cooking up a storm in her kitchen.
