Heidi Adams Counsellor

Heidi is a PACFA registered Clinical Counsellor, APTA Registered Play Therapist and a registered COSP, AutPlay, Interplay International Facilitator. She is a passionate advocate of children and families, having worked in the public and private Education sector for many years prior to her career change into the mental health sector. Heidi uses person centered and play therapy approaches as her primary therapy methods. She integrates various other therapeutic modalities as needed to address a broad range of mental health and life challenges. Her practice is not restricted to children and families and extends to all ages. Heidi also has experience working with neurodiverse individuals through her work in the education sector.
