Heather Lilley Social Worker

Heather is a Clinical Social Worker and Counsellor who has over 25 years of experience working with adults, adolescence and children. She has a special interest in working with clients experiencing trauma including PTSD, drug and alcohol dependency, anxiety, and depression. Heather uses a range of counselling approaches including Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Mindfulness and Trauma focussed therapies such as EMDR.
