Hi, I am Tienne Simons the principal at HeadRest. I provide a counselling service in Marrickville, Sydney on aWed-Fri & teach the 8- week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course in the community, in schools and in organisations. I have 30 years on clinical experience having worked in specialist services for trauma, sexual health, couples counselling and mental health, as well as in a generalist practice for many years.
