Overview
Hayley Caulfield is a registered psychologist offering therapy for adults navigating periods of change, uncertainty, and transition. Her practice supports individuals experiencing relationship shifts, loss, fertility decisions, early parenthood, career re-evaluation, and the quiet grief of lives that haven’t unfolded as expected.
Drawing on psychodynamic, relational, and attachment-based approaches, Hayley creates a calm, collaborative space where clients can explore their inner world, develop emotional insight, and move forward with greater clarity and self-compassion.
Hayley’s background spans both clinical work and mental health system reform. She has worked across private practice, healthcare consulting, and policy design—giving her a deep understanding of the intersection between personal experience and the broader structures that shape it. Her work is informed by a commitment to client-centred care, psychological safety, and the integration of lived experience.
She works with a wide range of presenting issues, with particular interest in women’s mental health, social infertility, perinatal wellbeing, complex grief, and identity during life transitions.
Hayley offers in-person appointments on Saturday mornings from her practice at Victoria Avenue Wellbeing in Albert Park, and telehealth sessions on Monday evenings.
