Harshini is a dedicated pelvic floor physiotherapist with a passion for helping individuals across all stages of life achieve optimal pelvic floor health. With specialised training and extensive clinical experience, she provides compassion, evidence-based care for men, women, and children experiencing a wide range of pelvic floor concerns. Areas treated: bladder concerns - incontinence, overactive bladder, bladder pain syndrome bowel dysfunction - constipation, faecal/flatus incontinence, faecal urgency Pelvic Pain - pain with sex, endometriosis related pain, pregnancy related pain Pregnancy - birth prep, pre- and post-natal pelvic floor care, diastasis rectus Prolapse management including pessary fitting Musculoskeletal concerns - pelvic girdle pain, hip pain, lower back pain, thoracic and rib pain Pre- and post-prostatectomy rehab Paediatric pelvic health concerns - bedwetting, daytime incontinence, encopresis, constipation, toilet refusal
