I am a registered psychologist based in Melbourne. I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments. Some of the things I help people with include depression and low mood, worry and anxiety, stress, relationship issues, grief and loss, parenting issues, and difficulty adjusting to change and new circumstances. People come to therapy for lots of different reasons. You do not need to have a diagnosed mental disorder to schedule an appointment. I value an evidence-based and collaborative approach to therapy. My work incorporates aspects of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and other empirically-supported frameworks. Outside of private practice, I work in an outpatient public mental health service, where I assist adults with complex psychiatric needs.
