Alisha Polsen is an AHPRA-registered psychologist and member of the Australian Psychological Society, providing Telehealth consultations for individuals and couples globally.
Within the Gut & Hormone Health Clinic, Alisha supports clients across a range of presentations including stress, anxiety, grief, and life transitions, with a particular interest in women’s health, reproductive health, and fertility.
Her work spans key life stages including preconception health, fertility and IVF (via The IVF Project), pregnancy, and post-treatment adjustment, while also supporting broader psychological wellbeing beyond fertility.
Alisha’s approach is grounded in evidence-based therapies including Neuropsychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Hakomi. She focuses on practical, achievable strategies to build resilience, support nervous system regulation, and help individuals adapt to complex or challenging experiences.
She provides an inclusive, safe, and confidential therapeutic environment, and works with both individuals and couples to address the emotional, relational, and psychological impacts of health and life stressors.
Alisha is recognised by Medicare and can provide services under the Mental Health Care Plan and Perinatal Mental Health Scheme. All appointments are conducted via our secure Telehealth platform.
