Ashleigh Schull

Ashleigh is a Clinical Psychologist and a proud member of the Australian Psychological Society. Ashleigh has worked within private practice, not-for-profit, and hospital settings, providing both group and individual therapy. Ashleigh is passionate about helping clients gain a deeper understanding of their challenges to support them in achieving meaningful change. Ashleigh strives to create a warm and supportive environment where individuals feel empowered to explore their emotions and work towards a life that is more aligned with their values and emotional needs. She draws from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Schema Mode Therapy, tailoring her approach to suit the unique needs of each client. Chris Haddock(He/him)

Psychologist

Chris is an experienced psychologist who combines a deep understanding of human behaviour with evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support mental health and wellbeing. He has extensive experience working with a broad range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, helping them navigate anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and general mental health challenges. With over a decade of experience, Chris' expertise encompasses anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), stress, wellbeing, and general mood disorders. He uses evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Rational Behaviour Therapy (RBT) to help clients build resilience, improve functioning, and enhance overall wellbeing. ​ Chris completed his Master of Applied Psychology at the University of Queensland and is endorsed by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. He is a registered supervisor with the Psychology Board of Australia and a member of the Australian Psychological Society.​ At Good Counsel Psychology, Chris is committed to providing personalised, practical support to help clients achieve lasting positive change in their lives, whether they are dealing with personal challenges, relationship stressors, or workplace pressures. Erin Hitzke

Erin is a general psychologist with 22 years experience working extensively with adults and adolescents who are suffering from depression, anxiety, acute and post-traumatic experiences, chronic pain, injury and chronic illness. Erin has a particular interest in high functioning Autism and Adult ADHD therapy and management. Erin can provide a better understanding of neurodiversity and focus on building the skills the client needs including organisation, work and study performance, relationship skills and time management. Erin is both engaging and empathic and is very knowledgeable in her field. Erin is experienced with and supportive of LGBTQIA+ clients. Kerry is a our Principal Psychologist with over 44 years experience in her field. She has worked in both hospital and private settings with a wide range of clients; she also has considerable experience working with people with Disabilities.​ Kerry is extensively experienced in PTSD, working with victims of trauma (including sexual abuse) and is qualified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing). Kerry can assist with managing the common symptoms of traumatic stress, which may impact your mood, sleep, or ability to cope healthily. Kerry is highly adept at working with clients with ASD, ADHD and AUDHD, she offers in depth psychoeducation to provide her clients with a better understanding of neurodiversity and offers skill training for improved behavioural outcomes. Kerry's approach has been described as having coffee with a friend. Kerry is available for both in-person and Telehealth sessions. Lauren Callow

Lauren is a Clinical Psychologist and has worked in private practice, as well as education and public health settings; she works with clients across the lifespan, from childhood through to adulthood. She has a gentle and systemic approach to working with children and adolescents that focuses on collaboration with family and school environments as required for each individual. Lauren has a special interest in the treatment of anxiety, OCD and ADHD. Lauren is supportive of LGBTQIA+ clients. Lauren’s practice includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Circle of Security frameworks.

Teracia Sehgal

Teracia is a General Psychologist dedicated to supporting her clients with issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, trauma and self-esteem. She has a special interest in working with individuals who have experienced trauma and adopts a holistic, ecological and culturally sensitive approach in her work. Teracia also works with adults with ADHD and helps target the two major elements of ADHD – the cognitive symptoms and the behavioural consequences; her overarching aim is to assist you in building self-awareness and understanding of your ADHD brain and how to use it to your advantage. Employing a range of evidence-based interventions and therapeutic modalities including Mindfulness-based interventions, Sensory integration, CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, and trauma-informed interventions, Teracia is a warm, kind and compassionate psychologist.
