Chris is an experienced psychologist who combines a deep understanding of human behaviour with evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support mental health and wellbeing. He has extensive experience working with a broad range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, helping them navigate anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and general mental health challenges.
With over a decade of experience, Chris' expertise encompasses anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), stress, wellbeing, and general mood disorders. He uses evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Rational Behaviour Therapy (RBT) to help clients build resilience, improve functioning, and enhance overall wellbeing.
Chris completed his Master of Applied Psychology at the University of Queensland and is endorsed by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. He is a registered supervisor with the Psychology Board of Australia and a member of the Australian Psychological Society.
