George is registered with the Australian Counselling Association and works together with his clients in an environment that enhances compassion and outcomes that improve clients lives. George is a solution focused therapist who believes that with the right guidance, people have the desire and the capacity to grow towards fulfilling their true potential. By accessing this ability in each client, constructive changes can occur. This then has the power to transform understanding of experiences, self-awareness and growth, relationships and connection with others, purpose and goals. He has an ability to help families and couples to reconnect, finding a new path using tools and strategies that identifies each individual as part of the whole, and how awareness and compassion can meet with hopes. Life is full of uncertainties and can cause us at times to feel anxious, stuck or just feel lost with our thoughts and emotions. George’s empathetic approach and expertise is to guide and empower his clients to strengthen their sense of self and build a framework for navigating the trials of life. He is insightful and helps his clients to identify and understand their emotional issues through evidenced based therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Person-centred Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy.
