Bookings

All bookings should be made with the name and date of birth of the client / patient and NOT in the name of the parent / carer.

Initial Therapy Session

For therapy / counselling / intervention bookings the first session will include:

Reason for booking
Background information
Goals to work towards during sessions
You can then discuss how often you would like to attend, and make additional bookings

Support & Planning Sessions

ONE OFF appointment with a Senior Psychologist to:
- obtain some initial strategies and understanding of the concerns that are presenting
- focus in on goals and determine what next steps to take to best meet the needs of you / your family
- receive a one page report with goals and recommendations for next steps
  - it is your choice to action any recommendations
  - we will only make further bookings upon request from client or parent / carer
Next steps could include intervention (counselling/therapy), assessment, positive behaviour support, group programs, or recommendation to another service.
Attendance at Support & Planning Sessions:
- For clients 12 years or younger, this session is for parents/carers only
- Clients 13 years and older can attend with a parent / carer if you choose
- Adult clients are welcome to attend alone or with a support person
