Dr Tayler Watson Consultant Psychiatrist MBBS, MPM, BSc, FRANZCP, Cert. CL Psych Qualifications: Dr Tayler Watson graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Deakin University in 2018, following earlier studies in Biomedical Science. He holds a Master of Psychiatry (MPM) from the University of Melbourne and has completed the Advanced Certificate in Consultation–Liaison Psychiatry. Dr Watson completed his specialist psychiatry training through the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP). Working Experience: Dr Watson undertook his psychiatry training at University Hospital Geelong and currently works as a Consultation–Liaison Psychiatrist within the public mental health system. He has authored several academic publications in psychiatry and has extensive experience in the assessment and management of mood, anxiety, psychotic, neuropsychiatric, neurodevelopmental, and trauma related disorders. He has a special interest in organic psychiatry, neuropsychiatry, neurodevelopmental disorders, and obsessive–compulsive disorder (OCD). Dr Watson is also actively involved in supervising and teaching junior doctors and medical students. He is available for appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
