Together, we work toward greater clarity, emotional balance, and more authentic, fulfilling relationships. I hold a Bachelor of Psychology (Italy) and a Master of Counselling (Australia). During my Master’s training, I was selected for a placement at headspace Sydney Inner West, supporting young people and families through anxiety, identity exploration, and life transitions. This experience shaped my deeply relational approach to therapy, grounded in presence, psychoeducation, and genuine human connection. With over 15 years’ experience across community and wellbeing services, I have worked with adolescents, adults, older adults, people living with disability, and couples navigating complex emotional and relational dynamics. I offer individual and couples therapy, including affirming support for consensually non-monogamous (ENM) relationships. I work with couples around communication, trust, boundaries, attachment, and navigating change, always respecting your values, agreements, and relationship structure. My approach is person-centred, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and empowered. There is no pressure to “fix” yourself—therapy is about creating the conditions for insight, growth, and meaningful change, at your own pace.
